Anat specializes in all fields of real estate law and in her practice she advises the firm’s clientele in complex real estate transactions while forming a bespoke strategy in forming and negotiating the transaction and managing the agreement after it has been drawn and signed. All of this is done in taking great consideration of each client’s unique needs and implementing knowledge attained over many years of experience.

Anat has had hands-on experience managing hundreds of real estate transactions throughout the years, inter alia: contractor and joint venture transactions, private landowner, yielding real estate and commercial centers, second-hand acquisitions, National Outline Plan 38, Group purchases, taxation and representation vis-à-vis the Israel Lands Administration.
