Advocate Anat Galili heads Dardik, Gross & Co.’s Real Estate department.

Anat specializes in all fields of real estate law. In her practice she advises the firm’s clientele in complex real estate transactions, forming a bespoke strategy for structuring and negotiating the transaction and managing the agreement after it has been drawn and signed. All of this is done with great consideration for each client’s unique needs, implementing knowledge attained over many years of experience.

Anat has hands-on experience managing hundreds of real estate transactions over the years, inter alia: contractor and joint venture transactions, private landowners, yielding real estate and commercial centers, second-hand acquisitions, National Outline Plan 38, group purchases, taxation and representation vis-à-vis the Israel Lands Administration.
