Advocate Dan Gross is a founding partner at Dardik, Gross & Co. and heads the international commercial department. Dan practices commercial and transactional law and is renowned as a leading Israeli commercial solicitor, especially in the fields of corporate governance, regulation and telecommunication, and as a facilitator of grand-scale transactions.

Dan represents a few of the world’s leading and most influential bodies in telecommunication, as well as in transportation, in all their affairs in Israel and their technology scouting activities. Dan is also the exclusive Israeli delegate to ALFA – one of the world’s oldest and strongest legal networks, headquartered in Chicago.

Dan is acting as Co-Chair of the Israeli Bar Association Committee of Foreign Employees.
